STUDIO Y NAILS

To secure your appointment, I require a deposit of 50% of the appointment cost.
This deposit is non-refundable in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show.

However, if you provide me with atleast 48 hours' notice, I can transfer the deposit to a new appointment time.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION
I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if you fail to do so you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.


NO SHOW
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide me with any prior notice, you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
This fee has to be paid in full before you can book for your next appointment.
If payment is not made within a reasonable time, you may be blocked from making a future booking.

TARDINESS
I understand that sometimes unexpected situations may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment. However, please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and may need to reschedule your appointment.
In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure your next booking.

AFTERHOURS
If you wish to book an appointment outside of open hours, please contact me to see if I can accommodate you.
I may charge a late night booking fee which will be discussed with you before booking your appointment.
For any after hours appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be required in advance to secure booking. These payments are non-refundable.

Yazmin was so welcoming and super friendly! The conversation just flowed naturally which made the whole experience really comfortable. As you can imagine, Brazilian waxing is pretty intimate, but she made me feel completely at ease. I’d definitely come back again for sure!

Yazmin has the most insane skill for nails. I’ve been to her several times now and have always been blown away. Whether it’s a simple gel polish or some intricate nail art I’m after, she hits it out of the park every time. I couldn’t recommend her enough ❤️
