Paws Truly Grooming Studio

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and must be altered or cancelled within 48 hours or your appointment date. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided within the 48 hour time scale, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Clients who pay a deposit and do not show up for their appointments will be issued a no show fee which will be the remaining balance of the rest of their grooming price.
Please ensure you book the correct service for your grooming appointment, this is time slot based and extra charges could occur. There is an extra £10 charge for matted pets this is to cover costs for extra time for your stylist to remove them. Pets will be shaved we do not de-matt under animal welphare legislation,  pets that have parasites fleas/ticks there is an extra £12 charge, this charge is for us to remove parasites and protect the other dogs in the salon

Another great visit for my 3 dogs all looked amazing on pick up and we’re all ready promptly. 

I took my Stormi to Paws truly Grooming and she came back so cute, perfumed and seemed so calm so I’m pretty sure she was well looked after. Will definitely recommend. 

Our Airedale Olive had her first adult groom done here and she looks absolutely wonderful. She came out such a happy dog, I would highly recommend this groomers to anyone :)

Best groomers in my opinion after trying 5 others i have a schnauzer and the cut is spot on, no fuss no issues they just crack on and so a fab job x

Always 5 stars for me! Our little rescue bichon is super nervous and hated grooming but she’s been treated with love and patience over the months and now grooming isn’t the stressful experience it was, thanks to the wonderful staff. 

We have a very scared and nervous rescue dog but paws where excellent with her and she came out smelling lovely and a very happy little puppy. Thank you for taking care of our little honey.

With a nervous German shepard I was a bit unsure on how she would be but the staff here were brilliant. They totally understood how she was and handled her with complete respect. She's now flat out asleep after her calming shampoo! Thanks again !

 Booked an appointment online . So easy. Called across n got a lvly welcome off the lasses . Called back to pick Lewie up n he smelt gorgous n had a lvly cut / Shampoo x 2 . Did everything i wanted for a cocker poo n was well pleased. Paid £45 n it was a quality job for a fair price. It’s only the 2nd time iv used Paws Truly but wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now. Thanks so much .

Louis went into Paws a smelly long haired mess of a dog. He came out looking absolutely lovely with a terrific cut n blow dry smelling great also. You have a great team working at PAWS n i sat in on Louis( lewie) while he got finished off n you could see the staff loved the dogs they worked on. It was great to see n what a hard working lot of employees you have. Thanks again n have A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. 👍👍

Always a great experience, I have a really nervous Springer Spaniel and a very boisterous GSD, they handle both really well and the dogs always leave well looked after with brilliant grooms. The girls are great, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have a small cocker spaniel Dolly who is quite nervous. She has been to Paws Truly 3 times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 

The staff are all so lovely and accommodating. Dolly smells and looks fantastic. Thanks team!

Phoebe's first visit for a long haired puppy session. She came out beautifully fluffy, smelling fresh, clean and with the cutest halloween bandana. She was initially a little nervous going in, but came out happy, bouncy and beautiful. Highly recommended, and will be her groomers going forward. Booking her back in, in a few weeks. Thanks, Emma!

Lovely groom for my spaniel - very professional and good value for money

First time long haired dog owner and we struggled with our puppy getting mats and not being able to keep up with them appearing. These ladies helped my sweet baby feel so much better and gave her a much needed reset. Cannot recommend them enough!
