1. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don't show up for your appointment, online booking will be temporarily disabled. From then on, you'll need to book via message, with advance payment for the next appointment and 50% payment for the missed session.

2. If It Happens Again

If this happens a second time, I may choose not to offer further appointments.

3. Delays

There's a 15-minute grace period for delays. After that, the service won't be performed and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged, as the time was reserved especially for you.
