By booking with North East Carpet Cleaning, you agree to these Policies & Terms. You can cancel or reschedule before 48 Hours (2days) before appointment. After that, deposits are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule within the above timeframe using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future appointment. Customers are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rearranging an appointment. There is a minimum charge of £80 for any one job. Additional charges — specialist stains The following are not included in our standard cleaning charge and may incur additional fees if treatment is required during your appointment: Pet stains Wine stains Other specialist stains Any additional work identified on-site will be discussed and agreed with you before treatment begins. You will never be charged for unexpected work without your prior agreement. All times given are approximate, we do try to stick to time slots but sometimes this isn’t possible due to traffic etc. If there is any issue with the slot you have booked, we will decline the booking and contact you with alternative options.
