Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. By booking with Nailzxabby🎀, you agree to these Policies & Terms; Nailzxabby may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. All deposits are nonrefundable. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment. Appointments for pedicures may be canceled if signs of fungal infection are present, and no refund will be given. A reasonable grace period (typically 10 minutes) may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business; children should not attend unless previously arranged. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
