By booking with Mariposa Nails & Beauty Bar, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A non-refundable. non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are never refunded or transferred, regardless of when an appointment is canceled. Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will require a new deposit to book another appointment. Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or a shortened service. If accommodated beyond the grace period, a $10 late fee will apply. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may be banned from booking future appointments. No extra guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving a service. A valid card on file is required for all appointments. There is no refunds only fixes. You have 5 days after your scheduled appointment to reach out and get it fixed. After 5 days, there will be a charge to get it fixed. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge, understand and agree to all policies listed above. We reserve the right to charge the card on file accordingly.
