By booking with MiyagiStylez, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure a seamless, professional, and luxury experience: DEPOSITS & TRAVEL • A non-refundable deposit/travel fee is required immediately after booking to secure your appointment. • Failure to submit a deposit will result in an automatic cancellation. • Deposits are applied toward your final total. • Travel fees are an additional charge. LATE POLICY • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is offered. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added. • After being 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, requiring a new deposit. SANITATION & GUESTS • For safety and cleanliness, only one client is allowed in the studio at a time. • Please arrive with no creams, oils, gels, or styling products in your hair unless service instructions say otherwise. • Come camera-ready for your final style photos/videos.
