Clients of Therapeutic Massage by Cortney may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-call-no-show, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price. By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to this policy.
