Please read before booking! By booking an appointment or training course, you agree to the following policies. Thank you for your understanding. Children: Children must be supervised by another adult at all times. Due to insurance, unsupervised children are not permitted in the salon or waiting area. Children are not allowed on training course days. If you arrive with children who cannot be supervised, your appointment/course will be cancelled and 100% of the treatment or training fee will be charged. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling: A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments. Your booking is only confirmed once this has been paid. Training courses require a £99 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, up to 2 times. Any further changes require a new £10 deposit. Cancelling more than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancelling within 48 hours or not attending your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. By booking, you authorise us to charge your saved card where applicable. Unpaid charges may prevent future bookings. Payment The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Card payments are accepted but incur a small processing fee. Bank transfers are not accepted. For training courses, Pay Later must be selected when booking. If not, the remaining balance must be paid 3 days before your course by cash or card (card fees apply). Patch Tests Patch tests are strongly recommended at least 5 days before treatment for lash glue, lash lift products, tint and brow wax and must be renewed every 6 months. It is your responsibility to arrange your patch test. If you choose not to have one, you accept full responsibility for any allergic reaction, and I cannot be held liable. Training course models must also have a patch test before the course. If your treatment cannot go ahead because a patch test wasn’t completed in time and your appointment falls within the 48-hour cancellation period, the full treatment cost will still be charged. Lash Fixes Please report any concerns with your lashes within 24 hours of your appointment. After 24 hours, any adjustments will require a new appointment. Salon Notice My miniature dachshund, Roxy, may occasionally be in the salon during treatments. She is friendly, clean and gentle. If you have allergies or would prefer a dog-free appointment, please let me know before your visit. Roxy will not be present during training courses.
