By booking with Luxe Locks, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Luxe Locks may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. If you are booking in for a colour service, a patch and strand test is required at least 48hours prior to appointment.
