Policy & Terms Thank you so much for choosing LetisBeauty! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. ⸻ 📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy • A £20 deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This will be deducted from your total, but is non-refundable under any circumstance. • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. • If you need your hair done on a day I don’t usually work, a £40 off-day fee will apply. ⸻ 💇🏾‍♀️ Hair Extensions Policy • You’re welcome to bring your own hair extensions. • If you’d like us to provide the hair, please give at least 72 hours’ notice. • We prefer: • Pre-Stretched Easy Braiding • X-pression Pre- stretched hair • If you want us to pre-stretch the hair, it must be delivered to us 72 hours in advance. ⸻ 💳 Payment Options • We accept Cash or Bank Transfer. • Please note: All payments are final. No refunds are available once payment has been made. ⸻ ✅ Booking the Correct Style • Please make sure to book the correct style, as each service is timed and prepped differently. • Due to our busy schedule and limited inventory, style changes cannot be accommodated on the day of your appointment. ⸻ ⏰ Breaks • A 15-minute break will be taken at 3:15 PM daily to pick up my children from school.
