By accepting, I acknowledge and understand that: Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give proper notice twice in a row and paying fees will result in a permanent ban from booking. Late Arrivals If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including signs of hostility, inappropriate behavior, or damaged nail plates that could compromise your nail health. My goal is to provide safe, respectful, and healthy nail care for every client. You are charged $1.20 during booking as a service charge by Goldie to ensure secure processing. I am not responsible for that cost and will not be able to provide refunds for that. Ensure that you have also received a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. No email or text message stating that the appointment has been accepted means that you do not have an appointment. You are responsible for inputting the correct phone number and email address to receive updates.
