- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will require 50% payment of the service before rebooking. No shows will be required to pay 100% of the missed service. - A patch test is required at least 24 hours before. Appointments cannot proceed without a completed patch test. - No refunds, for any concerns, please reach out within 72 hours and I will be happy to resolve the issue. - Contact lenses must be removed before any lash appointment. - Please arrive with clean, washed lashes. - If you're early, send me a message and I will let you know if I'm ready.
