TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings: All bookings are subject to approval and are only confirmed once accepted by GoGo Grooming. Matted Coats: Severely matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog’s comfort and welfare; we will not brush out severe matting if this may cause pain, distress or injury, and additional charges may apply for extra time and equipment use. Fleas & Parasites: If fleas are found, a £15 flea treatment and salon sanitisation fee will apply to cover treatment and cleaning. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment; changes within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, an additional fee or rescheduling if there is insufficient time to complete the service. Allergies & Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any relevant allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before the appointment. Refunds & Results: No refunds are given once a service is completed, and while we always aim for the best possible result, specific grooming results cannot be guaranteed. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, GoGo Grooming’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Privacy: Your personal and booking information will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties unless required for payment processing or by law.
