Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Glossip by Daisy. By booking with Glossip by Daisy, you agree to these Policies & Terms. There is a £10 admin fee at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Admin fees are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs and are removed from your final total. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the according fees. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.
