Welcome to the our Easy.beautyspace Nails Studio, located in a Kearny Mesa. We provide services such as Gel manicure, Gel pedicure and extensions. We work in European technology - Dry manicure for the cleanest cuticles you'll ever have. We work only with high-quality materials and we will perform any design that you want. Important Information About Appointments and Deposits! Dear clients, we’d like to remind you of the rules that help us maintain an organized schedule and deliver top-quality services: • 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder. It’s important to confirm your appointment on time. • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance – in this case, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours before your appointment, unfortunately, the deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • If you have a history of last-minute cancellations or missed appointments without notifying us, your next appointment will require full prepayment of the service in order to be confirmed. • Our cancellation policy: if an appointment is canceled on the same day, the full amount of the booked service will be charged. We work strictly by appointment, and our schedule is carefully planned in advance. When a cancellation happens last minute, we are unable to fill that time slot with another client, and the technician loses her reserved working hours. We kindly ask you to respect our time as we respect yours. In such cases, the full payment for your scheduled service will be charged. EASY BEAUTY SPACE Policy • Lateness: If you are 15 minutes or more late, please notify us. Depending on the master’s schedule: • Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled (deposit will not be retained). • If time allows, you will be offered a service with basic gel colors, which require less time. • Free Repair: If you experience chipping, cracks, or other defects after your procedure, we offer free repair within 5 days. • After this period, corrections will be performed at a standard fee. • Important: If you request a repair 2-3 weeks after the procedure, this policy does not apply. • Correction: We recommend scheduling a correction every 3-4 weeks. Even if your manicure looks fine, wearing it for 2 months is not a good idea—timely correction helps maintain the health of your nails. Thank you for your understanding and trust!
