Paws & Reflect Grooming

Paws & Reflect Terms and Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Dogs must be on leash at all times while on our premises and should be taken outside to relieve themselves prior to the appointment. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. We recommend walking your pet before the appointment to ensure their comfort. Inform staff of any medication administered to your pet before the appointment begins. For the safety and well-being of all pets and staff, pets must remain leashed when entering and inside our location. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or special requests prior to the start of services. Paws & Reflect reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if safety or welfare standards are not met. By using our services, clients agree to these terms and acknowledge responsibility for their pet’s behavior and health disclosures.
