Please arrive prepared for your service, on time, and courteous of our private studio and clients scheduled after you as well as our schedule as we are only in studio by appointments only. During holiday peak seasons, late arrivals and no-shows are subject to cancellation. Please allow enough time to arrive at your appointment as scheduled. After your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation text containing any required waiver and consent forms. All required forms must be completed prior to your appointment. For your privacy and safety, our private studio address will be sent by text message from 407-978-0599 approximately 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. APPOINTMENT POLICY; * Please arrive with no makeup, skincare products, or oils on the area being serviced. * No children or additional guests are permitted during appointments. * If you are feeling ill or experiencing contagious symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. * All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once required waivers have been signed. * We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash, and Card. A $3 card processing fee applies to card payments. * We also accept Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. To use one of these payment options, click the payment link provided in your confirmation text and scroll down to select your preferred provider. * A $40 cancellation/no show fee applies to all canceled or late appointments the same day. * Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in a permanent restriction from future bookings.
