Details about your appointment will be sent out 24-48hrs before your appointment. All bookings are required to pay a deposit via bank transfer then appointment will be confirmed once deposit is paid. Cancellation within 24hrs is 50% of your service fee, and no show is full payment.

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours or more before your appointment, less than 24hrs notice is 50% payment, and same day cancellation/ no show requires full payment and future appointments will not be booked in until balance is paid.
