⚠️⚠️⚠️PLEASE READ⚠️⚠️⚠️ ●Your appointment will be held for 20min from the start time. ● Some appointments (New clients/NO-SHOWs/Christmas/others) requir a deposits of £15 - deposits are non-refundable. However your deposit can be redirected or refunded if you reschedule/cancel 48h prior your appointment. ●Please note that time showed under each service is "estimate block-out time" to organise the bookings, not the time you pay for. You pat for the service. Each servise has it's own price, with exception of Nail art - that's charged £1.5 for eveey 5 min (minimum £4.50 and/or 15min). ●Any appointments, with no deposit, cancelled/rescheduled less then 48h prior will be subject to "LATE FEE" of £15, payable before any new appointments. ●All NO-SHOW appointments will be asked to pay £15 "No-Show fee" as well as a deposit of £15 before next appointment can be approved. ●NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE APPROVED AFTER 2 NO-SHOWS! ⛔️REFUND POLICY⛔️ Due to the nature of services provided and materials used, NO REFUND will be given in any instance. Whilst no monetary refund will be given in ANY circumstances, any initial nail treatment is guaranteed for three calendar days from the date of the initial appointment. If any issues occur in this time or you are not satisfied with your treatment, you are eligible for a FIX or complimentary Removal. Please note that to be eligible for either a Fix or Removal, the defect must be brought to my attention within the time period stated above; and that these appointments will not be covered by a new guarantee period. ⁉️EXISTING NAIL PRODUCTS/TREATMENTS⁉️ Please be advised that I am not insured to "infill" any nail treatment done by anyone else but me. If you arrive with preexisting nail enhancement, REMOVAL charges will be applied to your appointment. ♥️Please understand that by booking an appointment, you are booking a specific time reserved for me to provide a service to you. If you don't show up or cancel without giving enough notice, I miss out on filling this slot with someone waiting, as well as my primary income.
