BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE BE SURE TO READ AND AGREE TO ALL POLICIES, AND GUIDELINES. -All PRICE: Are subject to change due to the length and quantity of hair that you have. All prices listed are starting points. -DEPOSIT: You will be charged a non refundable deposit of $30% at the time of booking that will go towards your appointment. The remaining balance is due in cash, Apple Pay or Zelle. I will NOT be accepting card payments. -RESCHEDULING/CANCELING: Please reschedule/cancel via your phone confirmation 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. • Rescheduling within this period of time will forbid your deposit and a new deposit will be required. • If rescheduling BEFORE 24 HOURS your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment only ONE time. After that you will be required to pay a new deposit before re-booking. • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment booked. • All no call no shows will be charged in full and will not be able to book again. I allow a 10 minute grace period, after which you will be charged a $15 late fee. At 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. EVEN IF YOU SEND A MESSAGE OR TEXT. POLICY STILL STANDS. • Children or extra guests are NOT permitted in the studio under any circumstance. • Please be sure to schedule for all services desired.
