Total Care Cleaning – Service Policies 1. Booking & Deposits • A deposit of $30 is required to secure your cleaning appointment. • Deposits go toward your total balance and are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within the restricted time frame (see below). • Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in advance. • Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or card. 2. Cancellation Policy • We understand that plans can change! However, to respect our cleaners’ time: • 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than hours 24 or same day before your appointment will result in a $40 cancellation fee (or loss of deposit). 3. Arrival Window • Cleaners may arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled time due to traffic or job variations. • You will be notified of any significant delays. 4. Access to Property • Please ensure our team has safe access to your home or office at the scheduled time. • If we cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and subject to applicable fees. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean that area at no extra charge. • Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. 6. Health & Safety • We do not clean areas with mold, bodily fluids, pests, or hazardous materials. • Please secure pets and valuables before your appointment.
