Please make sure to include a soak-off when booking to ensure proper timing. • Payments All payments are final and non-refundable. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash (cash preferred). • Punctuality To maintain timely service for all clients, please arrive promptly. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. • Preparation Clients are asked to arrive with clean hands and avoid heavy lotions or oils prior to their appointment to ensure optimal product adhesion.
