BEFORE YOU BOOK - Important Booking Information Submitting a booking on this site is a request to check my availability, not a confirmed appointment. I kindly recommend that you reach out before booking, with the details of the service you’re inquiring about— to ensure you selected the correct service in my booking site and to ensure I’m available for the requested date time and type of service . All bookings are subject to my approval based on availability and service type, I may accept or decline appointment requests accordingly. * Please note: the system does require a deposit when booking that will be applied towards your service, but your card will not be charged unless I’ve approved the booking appointment, if your request is declined any pending hold will be released and the funds will return to your account shortly after. I’m happy to assist and book your session manually. • If needing to reschedule please provide a minimum 48 hours notice. • Your deposit which is a retainer fee is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your session or no-show. • Please make every effort to arrive on time or prepare for my arrival to start at your reserved time. Please let me know as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late. • If you are late there is a possibility the length of your session and deliverables may be reduced. • If you are 15 minutes or more late your session is subject to cancellation with forfeit of retainer deposit paid and the possibility of no re-shoot at the discretion of the photographer. • All sessions conclude at the time stated in booking details and contract. • If the schedule allows it and does not conflict with other client bookings or travel times, at the discretion of the photographer additional time is an available option and is charged per hour with a maximum of 3 hours with payment due at the time of service according to the fee stated in contract. My obligations to you: I will use reasonable efforts to supply media services described on my portfolio, website and/social media marketing materials in a professional manner. I will make every effort to comply with reasonable requests agreed upon for specific images and/or videos. I reserve the right to decline to book or carry out any sessions or services that I deem pose a health and safety risk to you, myself, my assistant or other people.
