Payments can be made via Juice (52544050), bank transfer (MCB Account 000193546612), myT Money (58896094) or cash some days prior appointment. Clients who cannot make a deposit may inquire about same-day availability. Deposits are non-refundable if a client cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend without providing at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the full treatment time. Same-day cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. If V/V Med Esthetic cancels an appointment, the deposit will be retained for rescheduling. If a deposit is forfeited, the client must pay 50% of the treatment value as a deposit for any future appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to our deposit policy.
