📌 Booking Policy (Please Read Carefully) 📌 Deposit Requirement To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. Please note: If the deposit is not paid, your appointment will not be held and may be cancelled. 📌 Late Policy There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your service. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled depending on schedule availability. 📌 Lace Requirements • Lace must be in good condition for installation. (Good lace = good results.) • No T-Part lace or lace with dye stains will be accepted. • I work with HD or Transparent lace ONLY. • Used lace is accepted only if in good condition. • Lace with holes, tears, or excessive damage will not be accepted, and service may be denied. 📌 Hair Preparation Hair must be clean, washed, and blown dry before your appointment. If not, an additional fee will be added.($15) 📌 Drop-off & Location Details • Hair must be dropped off 2 days before your appointment.
