We do not offer refunds or returns for services purchased through our website, in-store, or via any other method, unless otherwise specified here. The only exceptions to this policy are the following situations: We are unable to service your vehicle on your scheduled date due to unfortunate circumstances on our behalf. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a different day and time that works with your availability.
