Booking Fee A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total treatment cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. Cancellation Policy • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend (no-show) will require full payment of the treatment cost. No-Show Policy • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full payment being non-refundable. • First no-show: A warning will be issued and the policy will be reiterated. • Second no-show: You will be permanently removed from the client list, and future bookings will not be accepted. Payments All payments are to be made in cash only. No alternative payment methods are accepted. Refunds Refunds are not provided due to the time, effort, and high-quality products used for each lash treatment. Lash Fixes If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment. Any genuine issues will be corrected free of charge within this timeframe. Aftercare Adhering to the recommended aftercare instructions is essential to maintain lash health and ensure the longevity of your lash extensions.
