Appointment Policies & Terms By booking an appointment with The Furball, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms. The Furball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any confirmed appointment if necessary. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times Please arrive on time for both your scheduled drop-off and pick-up. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, a late fee of $10 for every additional 10 minutes will be assessed. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible. Appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time to avoid applicable cancellation fees. Same-Day Cancellations Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service require payment of 50% of the scheduled grooming fee before a new appointment can be booked. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled grooming service. Payment of this fee is required before any future appointments can be scheduled.
