Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation text. If you are booking an appointment on someone else behalf, you MUST use their information and not your own. This is to keep accurate records, and to insure I agree to massage the correct clients. Appointments made for male clients will not be accepted. If you do not disclose health conditions until I arrive at the appointment, I have the right to refuse to carry out the treatment but full payment is required. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours before appointment time will be required to pay 100% treatment charge.
