All amendments to bookings must be made minimum 24 hours prior to the appointment start time . Cancellations within 24 hours require a 30% fee and all no shows are required to pay a 50% fee prior to booking another appointment. Any issues with a treatment must be reported within 24 hours of your treatment and an appointment to fix said issue will be scheduled free of charge asap soon as possible . We do not offer refunds .
