Great consultation and an overall excellent experience. It makes a huge difference when you meet a trainer who genuinely cares about your goals and clearly explains what you need to do to achieve them. That level of attention and guidance really goes a long way.

I came in ready to "consult". Well T was casually setting up equipment I asked so what you about to do. She laughed saying oh this is for you 👀. Well all u can say it was a very thorough consultation tailored to my needs. They explained to me what to expect as well as how the program is ran which include meal options. I was came to receive info, I'm leaving with a plan with a Team that wants me to succeed. 

I had a great first consultation and I'm looking forward to continuing my training with JB! The workout space is very inviting and encouraging. JB is very informative when it comes to breaking down how to reach your body goals. The workouts weren't extremely complicated but they were challenging which is good. I left feeling confident about accomplishing my body goals, thanks to JB.  Can't wait to see what I look like 3 months from now.

Today I met with JB for a consultation. As I arrived he greeted me with open arms. Give me a tour of his gym. Explain to me thoroughly about his prices, workout plans, and hours of operation. I’m excited to begin my fitness journey with him. May I also mention that his prices are very affordable. 

The consultation was exactly what I expected! Such a great experience and very fast paced! If you want your body to reach a certain goal by the time frame you have set for yourself than this is the place to go! Great Music! Environment! And Atmosphere! I highly recommend! 

JB was nice and helpful. I came in nervous and he reassured me not to be and that I was in good hands. He took his time explaining everything in great detail to me since it’s my first time. The environment was nice and everyone was friendly. Can’t wait to start.

Today I visited this facility for a complimentary workout to determine if this place is for me.  Jhani was very welcoming and very  knowledgeable,  he explained to me how his program worked and took me through a sample exercise program. Facility is open to all ages and exercise levels, it has various exercise equipment which is good to break up the monotony of working out. He provides a website, and meal plan.  I received a good sweat and  I would recommend everyone giving it a shot. 

He was super motivating throughout the session. We didn’t go too hard, but he made sure I was doing everything correctly and really understood what I was doing. He gave great feedback and let me know when I was doing well, which helped me feel confident. I was beyond comfortable the entire time, and I genuinely enjoyed every part of the training. Definitely a 10/10 experience!


JB is very friendly and allows you to feel comfortable and confident in your workout. He constantly checks in to see how you’re doing. I enjoyed the workout and time spent there overall :)
