Silk Cotton Villas Shuttle Services Policy and Terms 1. Booking Confirmation -Transportation services are exclusively available for guests who have booked our rental property. -Bookings for shuttle services will be confirmed through our app once the reservation for the rental property has been successfully made. -Guests will receive a confirmation email or notification via the app detailing the booking information, including pickup time and location. 2. Payment Terms -Full payment for the shuttle service is required prior to departure. -Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. Payments can be processed through Guest Services at the front desk. -A receipt will be provided upon successful payment, either electronically or in print. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy -We offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy to ensure guest convenience. -Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed prior to check-out and will be credited back to the original payment method. 4. Changes to the Booking -Any changes to your transportation booking, such as pickup time or location, must be made in advance through the transportation booking app. -Changes requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be accommodated based on availability. -Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability. 5. General Terms -The shuttle service operates within designated areas and times as specified in the app. Guests are required to be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. -The shuttle service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. -Guests must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the shuttle driver during the journey.
