Clients of Shropshire K9 may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a no-show. However, if an appointment is rescheduled using the provided link, the deposit will be automatically transferred to a future booking. Failure to cancel, rebook, or notify Shropshire K9 of a missed appointment will result in the full payment being required before scheduling a new appointment.
