Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Serenity Touch LLC, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1) 24-Hour Notice Requirement Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you provide this notice, you will not be charged a fee. 2) Late Cancellation Fee If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a fee equal to your deposit. This also applies if you try to change your appointment less than 24 hours' notice. 3) Late Arrivals If you anticipate being late, please contact us. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to be accommodating. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. 4) No-Show Policy If you do not arrive more than 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy, which allows us to accommodate all clients efficiently. 5) Serenity Mobile Massage — Client Space Preparation Clients are required to provide a clear area approximately 6’ x 8’ to accommodate the massage table. If space is limited, a chair massage may be offered at the therapist’s discretion. Please note that if a suitable setup cannot be arranged, the full service fee will still apply.
