“Lovely meeting Ria at “Scruffy to Fluffy” yesterday. It was Baylee first visit to a groomers, so l was very apprehensive how he would behave. Ria texted me half way through his treatment to re assure me , he was behaving well and was not stressed. This meant a lot to me. Also she listened when l asked for a light trim and no shaving. Apart from his ears which were very knitted, she did the best she could with them. Would highly recommend for the personal touch. ”
