📌 Scalp Aesthetics SMP – Booking & Cancellation Policy • Deposits • A booking deposit is required to secure your treatment. • Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total treatment cost. • Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in the deposit being forfeited. • No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will also result in deposit forfeiture. • Refunds • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. • In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, etc.), management may offer to transfer the deposit to a future date at our discretion. • Balance Payment • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your first treatment session. • Client Responsibility • Please ensure that you are financially and personally ready to commit to treatment before booking. • We ask that you arrive on time for your sessions, as delays may affect your treatment outcome.
