Booking & Deposits • All mobile appointments require a non-refundable deposit (50%) to secure your date and time. • Bookings are only confirmed after deposit is received. • Remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after the service. Travel Fee • A travel fee is applied based on your location. • Fees vary depending on distance, tolls, and time. • Travel outside of standard service areas may require an additional surcharge. Location Requirements To ensure the best results, clients must provide: • A clean, safe, and well-lit workspace • Access to an electrical outlet • A comfortable chair (if required for service) • Adequate ventilation for chemical services Failure to meet these requirements may result in service refusal (deposit forfeited). Cancellation & Rescheduling • At least 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Deposits can be transferred once with proper notice. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit. • Same-day cancellations will require a new deposit for rebooking. Late Policy (Client) • A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. • If the client is not ready upon arrival: • Service time may be shortened, or • Appointment may be cancelled (deposit forfeited) Payment Policy • Accepted methods: Cash, or bank transfer • Full payment is required upon completion. • No refunds on services rendered. Health & Safety • Clients must disclose any: • Allergies • Scalp conditions • Medical concerns • Services will not be performed if conditions pose a risk. Hair Disclaimer • Results depend on hair condition, texture, and history. • We are not responsible for: • Damage due to previous chemical treatments • Undisclosed hair history • Chemical services are performed at client’s own risk after consultation. Children & Pets • Children and pets must be supervised at all times. • Stylist is not responsible for accidents or interruptions. Parking & Access • Clients must provide safe and legal parking. • Any parking fees must be covered by the client. • If access is restricted or unsafe, the appointment may be cancelled. Personal Belongings • The stylist is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the client’s space. • Clients are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. Right to Refuse Service • Service may be refused if: • Environment is unsafe or unsanitary • Client is disrespectful or inappropriate • Policies are not followed Photography & Content • Photos/videos may be taken for marketing purposes. • Please notify the stylist if you prefer not to be recorded. By booking a mobile appointment, you agree to all policies and terms stated above.
