POLICY & DIRECTIONS

Welcome to the house of SASS — Sunless Airbrush Skin Solutions! Owner and Spray Tan Queen, Connie Jo Umphrey, has been providing her services and knowledge for 24+ years! We have recently expanded and added new artists; graduates from Connie Jo’s SASS Spray Tanning Academy class! Sarah Deese has her Masters Certificate in Sunless Airbrush Tanning from SASS. Sarah is now accepting returning and new clients! Book a custom luxury spray tan appointment with one of us and let us help you get to glowing your best!  You will receive text messages •specifically• for you and your appointment(s). All pre and post instructions will be sent via text message.*Please note that all luxury spray tan appointments are scheduled specially for our clients! Our time and are clients are very precious to us. To avoid any Cancellation and No Show fees please read all messages you receive. We look forward to meeting you and helping you look and feel your best!

Our time, not JUST our clients, are important to us. We spend time away from our children and family to insure we are fully prepped and prepared for each individual client that walks through our doors. We are not a "one stop shop". Each appointment is tailored to our clients wants and needs, even down to the candies we put out and the scents we have going.

APPOINTMENTS 
— to secure your appointment, we will now be requiring a non-refundable deposit fee of 50% of the total services provided. this means if you cancel your appointment your deposit amount is non-refundable. 
— if you reschedule your appointment your deposit will simply transfer to the new appointment day/time.
— reminder that all appointments rescheduled/canceled  must be done at least a full 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid additional fees.
— please remove all make up/deodorant/lotion prior to coming to your appointment.
— please arrive on time for your appointment(s).
— luxury tan appointments are $50

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
— there will be an additional $15 fee for appointments scheduled after hours
— after hour appointments are appointments scheduled after 7pm Monday-Thursday and after 5pm on Fridays. 
— after hour luxury tan appointments are $65

WEEKEND/HOLIDAY DAY APPOINTMENTS
— any appointments scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday
— weekend/holiday luxury tan appointments are $80

911 EMERGENCY GLOW APPOINTMENT 
— any appointment scheduled less than 24hrs till appointment time is considered a 911 Emergency Glow
— 911 emergency luxury tan appointments are $80

CANCELLATIONS
— rescheduling and/or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid additional fees.
— you will be charged a cancellation fee of simply totaling the remaining balance of your appointment total, meaning you will pay full price for your appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW
— if you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to rebook.
— if late by more than 15 minutes & your appointment is canceled you will still be charged the remaining balance of the service booked, which will then equal the full amount of the appointment price.
— no shows will result in full payment of the service booked for the appointment missed, plus an additional $15, & you will be required full payment at the time of booking for future appointments.
— no-shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with artists at SASS.

*RECAP — All deposits are NON-refundable. Please make sure you thoroughly read all information above to avoid acquiring additional fees. Appointments missed will result in FULL payments, even though you did not show up. Appointments rescheduled/canceled must be done at least 48 HOURS before scheduled appointment time to avoid additional fees (which will be paying the remaining balance of the total amount of your appointment). Canceled appointments deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduled appointment deposits are non-refundable; deposits are simply transferred to your new appointment day/time. If your appointment is canceled due to being 15+ minutes late you are responsible for paying the remaining balance, equaling the full amount of your appointment price. If you no-show you are responsible for paying the full amount of your appointment price PLUS an additional $15 dollars.
