Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Roses Dog Spaw. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals wwill need to wait until current client is being done. No-shows will be asked to pay a deposit prior to next appointment. .
