Policy & Terms (All Services Under Renee’s Legacy Unlimited LLC) Booking Deposit & Scheduling • All appointments require a booking deposit at the time of scheduling. • Deposits are applied toward your service total. • You may reschedule one (1) time and transfer your deposit to your new appointment. • After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required for any additional booking changes or new appointments. • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by management. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 23 hours before your scheduled time. • Cancellations made within 23 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit. • No-shows will require a new deposit to book again. ⸻ Arrival & Office Instructions • For in-office services, please use the side entrance upon arrival. • Please text “ARRIVED” when you are outside and wait for further instructions before entering. • Do not text “I have arrived” or other messages—only “ARRIVED” to avoid confusion. • Please include your location when checking in. ⸻ Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. • If I am more than 5 minutes late, you will receive a $5 discount on your service as appreciation for your time. ⸻ Mobile/Travel Services • A $10 travel fee applies for all mobile appointments where I come to you. • Travel fees are added to your total service cost and must be paid at time of service. ⸻ Document Requirements (Notary & Related Services) • All clients must bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for notarization services. • All documents must be fully completed before arrival unless instructed otherwise. • Do not sign documents in advance unless specifically directed. ⸻ Additional Requests • Printing, scanning, copying, or emailing documents must be requested in advance when booking. • Requests not noted ahead of time may result in additional fees or may not be accommodated. ⸻ General • If you have any questions, please feel free to text before or after booking. • By booking any service under Renee’s Legacy Unlimited LLC (Notary, Cleaning, or Wedding Officiant services), you agree to these terms.
