By booking with Reflection Esthetics , you agree to these Policies & Terms. Reflection Esthetics may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. •For services $30 and up, a $20 non-refundable deposit through venmo (@ReflectionEsthetics) is needed to confirm your appointment. It will go towards the total of your appointment. Appointment will not be confirmed until deposit is received. In the payment note, please put the date of your scheduled appointment. •Same day cancellation will result in losing your deposit and a new deposit will be needed to book your next appointment. •If I am notified before the 24 hour mark, you can transfer that deposit to your next appointment, but it is non-refundable. •10 minutes late results in a $10 late fee. I will do as much as I can during your appointment slot time. With back to back clients, showing up late may result in a shorter appointment time. •15 minutes late results in a cancelled appointment and losing your deposit. •After a no call no show, a 50% deposit must be sent for your next appointment. Future bookings may require full payment upfront (based on the situation).
