✨ Salon Policies ✨ We want every client to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our policies are designed to protect your time and ours, while keeping things fair and professional. Deposits & Prepayment A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Your deposit is applied to the final cost of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows are charged 100% of the service cost and must prepay for future appointments. You have a 20-minute grace period if running late. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and full charges will apply. If you anticipate being late, please contact us before your scheduled appointment so we can adjust your service and stay on track for the day. Late Arrivals Services may need to be adjusted or shortened if you arrive late to fit within your scheduled time. The full service price still applies, even if adjustments are necessary due to lateness. Pricing & Service Adjustments Service prices are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, or condition, or the amount of product required. Any additional charges will be communicated before your service begins. Sick Policy If you are feeling unwell, contagious, or recently exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. With notice, your deposit can be carried over to a new appointment date. Allergies & Sensitivities Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. While every precaution is taken, we cannot be held responsible for reactions if we are not informed in advance. Redo & Adjustment Policy If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make adjustments. Redo services are offered at the discretion of your stylist. Refunds are not available for completed services, but we are committed to ensuring you leave happy.
