Emergency Appointments £30 will be added for every emergency appointment OUT OF HOURS Any appointments booked before 9am or after 6pm are classified as an ‘out of hour’ appointment please make note of this before booking you appointment, if you fail to add this when booking you will still be charged. £20 Ponytail Appointment Please make-sure your hair is already washed, blow-dried, straightened this applies both relaxed hair and natural hair.If you you come to your appointment without these requirements your appointment will be cancelled. Cornrows If you’re coming with your hair already braided please make sure the cornrows are flat and straight back , if you’ve selected an add on for cornrows please make sure your hair has been washed (shampooed & conditioned) with no products in your hair and blowdried. Reschedule Appointment You can RESCHEDULE your appointments 48 hours before the appointment date. However, you will only be able to reschedule your appointment once within the month of your initial appointment. Payment Methods The balance would be accepted by CASH or Bank Transfer EXPECTATIONS

HAIR DROP OFFS Please make sure you drop the hair 7 days before your appointment, any later and you will be £15 fee will be incurred to your service any later than 5 days then a £20 fee will be charged on to your service and any later than 3 days you will be charged either £25 fee as it will be classified as an premium appointment or your appointment may get cancelled altogether. Premade wigs that do not fit your hairline/ ear to ear. I do not accept 13 x 4 on low hairlines. If your forehead is small or if you have excessive baby hairs too close to your eyebrows or have thick sideburns please purchase a 13 x 6 lace frontal. For customised closures, if your head circumference is between 20 - 21 circumference please do not use 6 x 6 or 7 x 7 closures , please use 5 x 5 closures. If you have a low hairline and excessive baby hairs, please purchase a 5 x 5 or 6 x 6 closure. I accept 6 x 6, and 7 x 7 closures only if your head circumference is over 22 inches. & I do not accept 4 x 4 lace closures for customised lace closures. For GLUE-LESS CUSTOMISED CLOSURES, I only accept HD/swiss lace for glueless customised closures. For Bobs & Asymmetrical bobs please make sure that the frontal/closure is 2” -4” longer than the bundles. For example if you was doing an asymmetrical bob the frontal/closure should be at least 16”-18” and the bundles can be 12”-14”.
