Policy and Terms for Phenomenal Designs by Jennifer By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, clients will be charged the full amount of the service fee. Clients will not be eligible for further appointments or services until all outstanding fees are paid in full. All payments are non-refundable, and clients are responsible for ensuring they understand these terms before booking.
