Clinic Booking Policy To ensure appointments run smoothly and all insurance requirements are met, please read the following before booking: • Appointments must be booked by the person attending the treatment. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must enter the attending person's full details when making the booking. Please do not make a booking using your own name or account details if the appointment is for another person. • The person attending the appointment must complete and sign their own consent form. This is a mandatory insurance requirement and must be completed before treatment can be carried out. • If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. If you have symptoms of illness or are feeling under the weather, please stay at home and rearrange your appointment. I will be happy to welcome you back once you are fully recovered. • All appointments at Pauline Stephenson Aesthetics require card details to secure your booking. • Moles, skin tags, cysts and warts must have been assessed by your GP and confirmed as cosmetic blemishes before removal treatment. This is a mandatory insurance requirement. • A completed and signed consent form is required for every treatment. This is an insurance requirement and treatment cannot proceed without it. • Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or No Show within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the full treatment price. Removal - Electrolysis Thread Vein
Thread vein and blood spot removal using short wave diathermy. Short wave diathermy is a treatment used to lessen the visible appearance of thread veins and blood spots. I use a very fine probe to sit on the skin surface over the thread veins or blood spots and deliver a controlled electrical current to the treatment area. This heats the walls of the vein / spot, causing the walls to stick together and seal the vein or blood spot off from further blood flow. Over the course of a few weeks, the vein / spot disperses and is reabsorbed by the body, making it much less noticeable or completely disappeared. Thread veins or blood spots can be stubborn, they can often reappear so the treatment may need to be repeated.

I am a Cramlington resident and have lived in this town for 55 years. I have recently started a campaign called
"𝙃𝙀𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙎 𝙄𝙉 𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙃𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙎" to raise money to put 𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙀 𝙎𝘼𝙑𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘿𝙀𝙁𝙄𝘽𝙍𝙄𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙎 on all our housing estates in Cramlington.
Cramlington Town Council and also North East Hearts with Goals are fully supporting this campaign. We have had a generous donation from the Duke Of Northumberland and our first defibrillator has been installed at Pronta Pizza, High Pit in memory of Danny Humble. The next defibrillators are being installed on St Nicholas Manor and Shankhouse Club very soon.
