Politique et conditions
Reschedule: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the start time. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will be honored. Deposit: A $10 non-refundable deposit is required, which will be credited towards your appointment. Deposits can be sent through Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay on my Instagram. Reminder: Your deposit must be sent to secure your date and time; otherwise, your appointment will not be scheduled. Late Policy: Please arrive on time. There will be a 15-minute grace period; notify me if you are running late. Failure to arrive on time will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a no-show fee. No Extra Guest: Please do not bring any extra guests without prior approval. No Foreign Nails: Clients must come with bare nails, no foreign nails. Inspiration Photos: Please send inspiration photos 24 hours before your appointment.
