Hey doll! Before booking, please take a moment to review the policy. These guidelines help me maintain the quality of service you deserve. Please avoid booking if you have other engagements the same day, as some styles require extra time depending on your hair’s density and length. Hair Requirement * Your natural hair must be at least 3 inches long all around for all styles. * If you have a pixie cut,please contact me via WhatsApp. * Your natural hair must be shampooed and completely blow-dried (fully stretched from roots to ends). * please refrain from adding any products after blow-drying (no oils, leave-ins, etc.). * If you need a blow-dry, please add it to your services when booking. * If your hair is not properly stretched, I will blow-dry it for an additional $10. Payment Cash only. Lateness, Cancellations & Appointment Changes * if you’d like to change your style know in advance. * 10-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes, a late fee will be charged. * After 25 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. * if it is possible please call to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. * If you do not cancel, no show , nor did you contact me, you will be added to the block list. * I do not service children under 8. * I’d you would like to she squeezed in, it’ll be an extra $30 fee * if you would like to be serviced outside of my working hours, please send me a what’s app so that we can discuss.
