PAYMENT - My payment method is Cash! - If charging card on file or tap to pay there will be a $5 processing fee. DEPOSIT - A $21 deposit is required to confirm your spot. ($20 Included in total, $1 processing fee) - Deposit goes toward your final total. - Deposit is non-refundable ARRIVAL - Arrive 5 minutes before appointment if you haven’t been to location. - If I am still trying to find you after grace period you will be charge late fee. - You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a charge of $10. - At 15 minutes you are considered late! - Late fee- A $21 non refundable deposit. - Location will be sent a day before appointment. -Anytime after 15 minutes is considered a NO-SHOW, and will be charged 100% of the full appointment as the full appointment time was held for you. - No extra guests. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Plans change, things happen - Canceling & Rescheduling must be done 48 hours before our appointment. - If cancelled/rescheduled before 48 hours you will be charged $21 deposit fee. - Only loyal clients (Booked at least 3 appointments with me) are able to reschedule. - Rescheduling only applies one time. APPOINTMENT DAY - Make sure to book a soak off if you have anything on nails. You will be charged $25 fee if not booked. - I will refuse service if I’m unable to do it in time for my next appointment. - If you change your nail inspo 48 hours before appointment, decide to pick a different length that is not the agreed length or new shape is picked after putting nails on you will be charged $25 fee. SQUEEZE IN - Yes! I can squeeze you in for an earlier day or a date you would like that’s already booked. - If booked for a squeeze in, you have to pay the fee with $21 deposit. APPOINTMENT PREP -Please show up to appointment with bare, free from damage, wounds or infection (If there are any signs of these, service will be refused). - Nothing on nails unless a soak off has been booked by KLAWEDXKAWAII.
