Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Clients who are not requesting a home service do not need to provide their address during the booking process. Address details are required only for home service appointments to ensure accurate scheduling and travel arrangements. Please note that the remaining balance of your payment is to be paid in cash upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. – Upon arrival, please send a message via Instagram, text, or call 0467756236. – Come alone, unless otherwise agreed in advance. My workspace is small and cannot accommodate extra people. Cancellations & Lateness: – No-shows will result to blocking from booking. – 15 min late = +€5 – 25 min late = +€10 – More than 30 min late = appointment automatically cancelled. – If you have a valid reason for being late, please communicate it in advance — your appointment may continue or be rescheduled once. – Each appointment can only be rescheduled once, and deposits are non-refundable. Nails Policy: – Please come with bare nails, unless you booked a soak-off or removal service. – Inform me in advance if you have damaged nails or products from another technician. Braids Policy: – Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before your appointment. – If you haven’t booked for a wash, please come with freshly washed hair. – Extra work (detangling, blow-drying, or washing) will incur an additional fee.
